A stunning new facility

bwin.party digital entertainment is the world's largest listed online gaming company, formed in March 2011, from the merger of bwin Interactive Entertainment AG and PartyGaming Plc.

The group has more than 3,000 employees in Europe, India and the US. In December 2012, its marketing services offshoot moved from King William Street to nearby One New Change, part of the prestigious new development on London's Cheapside. The previous building was 30 years old and very tired; staff were spread across two floors and utilising the office space was hampered by a floorplate with the lifts and services at the core. With the lease running out in December 2012, it was the perfect opportunity to find purpose-built office space.

The key requirements were proximity to the existing premises at the heart of the City of London, the ability to house all the 200 + staff on one floor with an open plan feel and the right look and feel for the company's corporate branding.

Working with design and build specialists Ranne Creative Interiors and a property agent, more than 20 building options were quickly narrowed down to just five and the 20,000 sq ft One New Change space was chosen because of its open floorplate, great location (as part of a destination shopping centre with brands including Top Shop, Hugo Boss and LK Bennett) and a light and airy feel thanks to floor to ceiling windows along Cheapside.
